SHIPPING POLICY

Please do take note that we ship items depending on the quantity and location. For locations that are far from our physical store, we suggest having the products delivered by a courier shouldered by the customers/ clients.

RETURN POLICY

The product can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase/ However, the client should have a reasonable reason to return the item. If the product is opened (seal if opened) or already damaged, we have the right to refuse the refund of the products from the customer.

PAYMENT METHOD

For pre-orders, we require our customers to pay in advance, to have a confirmation with their order. We accept cash or online payment. In some cases, to reserve for the stocks available, we also require our customers to pay half the amount. (Please take note that we don't accept COD if our store isn't the one that is going to deliver the products).

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We also accept re-sellers and are willing to have partnerships with other companies, depending on the terms and conditions.
